~Willem Verbeck

Willem Verbeck is a LA photographer that mostly shoots in film. His main focus is Architecture but he's done plenty of beautiful portraits and other scenic pieces. I think the thing that inspires me most about his work is how simple it is but it can tell so much. The colors are also very consistent in his work and he's someone I've learned a lot from just by looking at his work.

All of these artists have a similar thing in common which is being themselves. They all aren't afraid to be unique in their own ways and it's something I aspire to do in my own work. They also aren't afraid to show their style. Everything about them is really comforting and I look up to them as creators

~Satoshi Kon (director)

Studio Ghibli Films are easily some of the most beautiful pieces of art I've ever seen. The soft colors matched with the heartwarming stories have touched the hearts of so many. I hope to have a similar effect on people one day.  

Satoshi Kon is a master at his craft. He knows exactly what he wants and executes it perfectly. His movies tell such deep meaningful stories that have left such a last effect on me. All his movies are hand-drawn as well and are so beautiful.
